Kyle David Bellini is a graduate student at the University of
Florida, where he is enrolled in the Hough Graduate School of Business.
He will receive his Master of Science in Real Estate in May of 2016.
He says that he wants to combine his passions for the real estate and finance industries into a career within Valuation, Asset Management, Acquisitions, Capital Markets or Appraisal, once he is out of school. Even as he studies he has also been interning at Campus Realty in Gainesville, primary location of the University of Florida, and says that the experience there has been invaluable.
“As an analyst I gained exposure to the multiple functions of a real estate firm. More specifically, throughout my time at Campus Realty it has become evident that I have strong passions to work primarily in property valuation. Each of these experiences has contributed to my ultimate goal to work within the analysis, valuation and implementation of real estate investment properties.”
Property prices in most markets have dropped significantly as the real estate industry recovers from the economic crisis that began in 2008. Some analysts say these lower prices – as much as thirty percent – have resulted in more realistic prices in the market, while others believe prices are still inflated.
In addition to Campus Realty, Kyle David Bellini interned at Morgan Stanley Private Wealth in Tampa in the summer of 2014. As an undergraduate he joined the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity as a legacy. Both his father and his uncle are past members.
